Phi Beauty Bar was founded in 2017 by two beauty professionals who share an intense love and passion for the beauty industry. They strive to stay up to date on the latest and greatest to keep things interesting and exciting for their clients. All of the products used in the salon have been personally tested for quality and performance. Rest assured that you can count on receiving the best products and services when you visit us!​​​​​​​

We are committed to the best practices for hygiene and infection prevention and control, to ensure you have the safest experience.

Hand Washing or Sanitizing Before Every Service

All of our technicians wash or sanitize their hands before every service. Fresh disposable gloves are used if required.

Single Use, Disposable Tools

Nail files, buffers, sanding bits, sponges, toe separators, pedicure slippers, etc. are disposed of or given to the client after every manicure, pedicure or nail service. All mascara wands, lint-free brushes, eye patches, and gauze are disposed of after every lash service.

Hospital-Grade Disinfectant for Tools & Surfaces

All reusable tools are properly cleaned and disinfected in PreEmpt CS20 for 20 minutes, or 70% IPA for 10 minutes after every client. All foot baths are cleaned and disinfected with PreEmpt RTU after every client.

No Credo/Razor Blades

The use of blades to shave off thick, callused skin is now illegal in some US states. The best method of improving callused skin is proper, routine foot care, and buffing dry skin off with a pedicure paddle.

No Double Dipping into Wax Pots

A new applicator is used every single time we need to dip into the wax pot. The only exception is if you will be the last person to use that wax pot, we will use only one applicator to minimize the effect on the environment.

Fresh Towels and Linens

Towels are changed and washed after every client.

A 50% Deposit is required for the following services…

What we do with your deposit…

DEPOSITS ARE APPLIED TO YOUR BILL. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

PLEASE PRE-BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENTS. ALL OF OUR TECHNICIANS DO WONDERFUL WORK AND ARE IN HIGH DEMAND, SO PLEASE BOOK AHEAD TO GET YOUR FAVORITE TECHNICIAN.

Our Nail Policies

  • We only fix nails done at our salon.
  • We will fix nails done at our salon, within 7 days of the original appointment, at no charge to the client. We are a very busy salon, therefore, we can only accommodate nail fixes at the end of the day, between 6:45 pm – 7:00 pm. A fee may be charged for nail fixes requested at any other times.
  • We do NOT fill BioGel nails that were done at another salon. You will need to have them removed prior to visiting our salon.
  • We do NOT remove BioGel nails that were done at another salon.
  • We do NOT offer refunds on any services.

Our Lash Policies

  • All lash extension full sets require a 50% deposit at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice.
  • If there is less than 1/3 of the original lashes left, then it will be considered a full set, and not a fill.
  • We only do lash fills if the original lash set was done at our salon.
  • Some of our technicians will only fill on their own work.
  • We do NOT do lash fills if the original lash set was done at another salon.
  • Clients are expected to follow proper aftercare. We do NOT fix lashes if premature shedding is experienced due to improper aftercare.
  • We do NOT do refunds on any services.
